The type of Yoga I instruct focuses on physical health and mental well-being.Hatha Yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues.

Yoga is the fountain of youth.You're only as young as your spine is flexible.

We must recognize that all that we possess in our life is from G-d, given to us in trust to share with others. We also should understand that life is not about acquiring, but about giving. Just as G-d gives to us, we are meant to share his bounty with others. We show that we truly appreciate his generosity and are aware that his good deed with us will emulate, not only to our material possessions, but to all of our gifts which G-d endowed us with.

Time is the distance between cause and effect. It is also the space between crime and consequence and the gap between good deed and dividend.

Science says that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. However, when it comes to people's life we have experienced that for every cause there is an effect and interval of time between our action and its result. However, please remember that whenever it will come a time in your life that you will have to face standing alone, never fear and feel confident within yourself to follow your dreams with dignity, by allowing yourself to make sacrifices in order to change and rearrange your priorities so your final goal will be achieved.

When you will come to this stage you should remember that familiarity and comfort can be very challenging along with your new needs, Therefore you need to be strong and confident to transform your life for the better and not to settle for compromise just to get by.

In the end of the process you will be appreciative by allowing yourself the opportunity to grow, develop and find your true sense of purpose in this life.
