Dad's are often the most misunderstood part of our family unit. As a rule, men have trouble displaying their emotions. This is a product of our society that believes that it is not "manly enough" to show their emotions. Fathers may have been shamed into repressing their emotions and may pass this on to their children. On the other hand a father who can show his children that a real man is the one who is capable to show their emotions is a great gift to his children. As we all know how fathers can play a huge role model in their children's development.

Their love for their children is often expressed in the sacrifices they make, whether in times of crisis or just in the everyday choices of their family life.
some fathers fail to take responsibility for their children, and some do cooperate with their wives in raising them, but they are indeed capable of being sensitive to their children's needs and can show affection.

Defining father's love is not easy, One way to do so is to demonstrate the way in which a father is present in his children's life, helping out in their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. The sharing of time, activities, conversation means a constant support that their children will perceive as being enduring in their lives. Good Fathers never look for praises, they just go quietly working for those they love the most, their wants are very few and most of the time their worries will go unspoken too – They are a firm foundation through all our storms in life, a sturdy hand to hold in times of stress and strife, a true friend we can turn to when times are good or bad.

So, We’ve found ourselves in a rut. It could be our painful work routine, or perhaps our tedious relationship. It might even be going out and doing the same things every day, things that used to be fun that we now find simply boring. We may not know why did it happened to us, or even when did we slipped into it. Instinctively though, we know that we’re in a place that we don’t really want to be – the rut.

First we have to recognize our needs – Are we truly happy? Do we stay focused on the present moment or are we chained by the past and/or living in the future? Are our thoughts based on fear or based on love? Do we feel spiritually empty or full? Are we living for our self or for others expectations of us? By examining all areas of our life and recognize their needs for change we will recognize what is not working in our life and our readiness for change will determine our success.

It may be because of circumstances that we can’t really do anything about at present – not even a baby step. If that’s the case, then we should appreciate the other areas of our life that are not stuck and make an effort to make the most of them. Being happy not necessarily determined for every area of our life being perfect. Lets not dwell on what we’re unhappy with and can’t change – instead lets focus on what we are happy with and can change/evolve for the better.

As we are ready to celebrate Passover/Easter, the season of Liberation and change from personal slavery to complete freedom, from utter darkness to brilliant light.

There is no magic or mystery to healthy psychological functioning. It is always present when we aren't engage in our habitual thought system.

Healthy functioning is the feeling we experience when little is on out mind - a positive feeling state that exist for no apparent reason. Children possess this state of mind frequently, experiencing life simply, without putting too much negative thought into it. When they do experience negativity or frustration, they are able to let go quickly and return to their natural state of happiness.

We've all experienced healthy functioning countless times since we were children. Perhaps it happened while we were sitting in front of a fireplace, taking a walk, or looking at a beautiful sunset- healthy functioning is present whenever we feel wonderful for no particular reason.

The important point is that the fireplace or the activity didn't cause our good feeling. What happened was that we temporarily relaxed, cleared our mind of concerns, and simply took a few moments to enjoy our life.

Once we understand that it is ourselves, and not the fire or the sunset that is producing the positive feeling inside, we can clear our mind at will.

Love is a complete acceptance: When we allow someone to be exactly as they are, without any belief that they aren’t good enough, or would be “better” if they were different.

Love is completely unconditional - meaning has no conditions. When we truly love someone, we can’t stop loving them, regardless of what they do or say. If our love is dependent upon the other person acting and speaking the way we want them to, then this love is completely conditional.

Unfortunately- We often confuse this to be love, but this is just a positive thoughts about someone. Loving what a person says or does not necessary mean loving them. Positive thoughts or the thought “I love you” isn’t necessary to love.

If we want to experience true love in our life, we want always to choose to want to love and not just choose to be loved.

It is helpful to first understand what is the meaning of love in order to recognize it. If someone else loves us, but we don’t care about that person, how much impact does that person’s love have on us in regard to the level of our happiness?

We may have noticed, how it has very little impact. However, If we will receiving love from someone else that have the power to make us feel good, then anyone’s love would give us the same good feeling. But, clearly this isn’t how love in our life works.

The reason is because fulfillment doesn’t come from receiving love; the feeling of happiness and completion we have always wanted comes from loving others. When we love someone without wanting or expecting anything in return, we feel free, open, and wonderful.

A happy person's brain is at liberty to search for an understanding the message that God instills within their environment. Without the chain of negative emotions, we can more readily discern the path that God is taking us on, Even if we don't fully understand what's happening in our lives. Therefore with faith and belief we can pray and ask God to open our eyes and help us make the right choices.

Understanding God messages means waking up spiritually, and learning how to correct what needs to be corrected.

Life is joy and happiness. Only a happy person can be called "alive". Many people lack the joy of living , for they lack faith and belief in God. Without faith and belief a person can suffer from worry, stress, confusion, and self persecution. The power of positive thoughts can alter and replace feelings of sadness with optimism and happiness
to turn problems into opportunities of growth.

What do we do when we don't know what to do?

The sad truth is that many people do one of two things.
First, we do the same thing again.We just try harder to make a relationship work, or succeed in our career, or break a useless habit.For example, chronic dieters think, "This time it will be different", because "this time" we're making a more sincere and heartfelt commitment to getting healthy and losing weight.People in a difficult relationship think "this time it will change.Somehow we can make it be better".

This approach reflects the popular definition of insanity.
doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. If we have tried our best, tried all that we know to do, and tried it again and again, we know how insane it can be. Going at a problem we haven't been able to resolve with our own limited knowledge and strength is not fun, is it? If it didn't give us the results we wanted the first three, four, ten, or twenty times, why do we think it will give us the answer this time?
Yet, most of us keep trying, hoping things will turn out differently.

The second thing most of us do, at some point, when we've tried and tried with the same results, we stop trying altogether. Understandably we get tired and give up. We might say "this relationship will never work", or " We can never lose weight" or "We'll never reach our goals and dreams", or "We'll never be able to get over depression".

So the result of trying to live life within our own limitation of spiritual strength, knowledge, and resources, is futility and hopelessness.

Fortunately, when we realize we have no more resources, we're ready to ask God for help.

When we ask God for help, we will instantly transcend our own limitations to a God who has infinite ways to grace us with all the resources we really need such as strength, power, knowledge, wisdom, guidance, direction, and much more.

No matter what limitation or circumstances we will find ourselves in life, there will be always a God who can empower us and get us to go past what we thought was possible.
