There Is Not Such A Thing As Failure

You may have been told that failure is inescapable, but what we really are experiencing are only delays and detours. It is the way of how we look at a situation that counts. If your demand is to accomplish a certain project in a certain way within a certain time and one or all of the parameters are unmet, you will feel as if you have failed. But if you have a goal and you keep the goal until you achieve it, you will come to realize that you can succeed in anything that you want by persisting.

Each delay can become a learning experience. Mistakes, too, provide us with opportunities to re-think, refine and expand our goals. These detours can't be considered as failures. In school, passing and failing marks are only arbitrary cut -off points that mark someone else's idea of how learning is taking place and what constitutes success.

In reality it is not a point in time or space, but rather a continuum of learning and refining one's awareness. Our wisdom comes from our errors as much as from our achievement and success.
