Pursuing a Dream

Many times we put off what we know God wants us to do. Maybe down deep God has been dealing with us about forgiving a wrong,getting back in shape,having a better attitude,spending more time with our family. Or maybe it's a dream or a goal that we know we should be pursuing,such as starting a business,writing a book or learning a new hobby.

We know God has his ways to put desires on the inside but so often we make excuses that hold us back. Things like, we are too busy, we tried and failed or we might even think that we are not so talented or got hurt too many times.

It's easy to talk ourselves out of our dreams and goals. Unfortunately, too many people settle for mediocrity. But the good news is that God never aborts a dream. We may give up on them, but God still has every intention of bringing to pass every dream,every promise, He puts in our heart.

We should rise up in our faith to take steps to pursue new opportunities, to explore new hobbies, to get rid of wrong mind sets and to believe that it is not too late to accomplish everything God has placed in our heart.

If we will have this kind of attitude, the rest of our life can be the best of our life.
