WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF YOUR LIFE? DO YOU LIVE A LIFE IN LINE WITH PERSONAL VALUES, DESIRES AND DREAMS?

Your purpose is the essence of what you contribute to the word, simply by virtue of who you are-rather than because of what you know, own or can do. Knowing your purpose gives you sense of significance, and will propel you to create a life that you love and deserve. To create the life you love, you want to have great relationship with everyone in your life. People will come and go, but their impact and their essence will remain with you forever. It is up to you what you will make of their presence in your life. Every person has a "gift" for you- a lesson.

Some people you will meet will have so much love in them that you can feel it in their presence and see it through their
eyes. Have you ever met someone who is always positive and a joy to be around, someone with lots of energy, and who can see the sunny side to everything? Through my Yoga classes I can teach you how to find yourself again and to be such a person too.

As we welcome Valentine Day you truly want to give him/her two special gifts with a note. The first note will say “‘For the woman/man I love" and the second, “For being my best friend".
